Responsible for the administration of MySQL databases.
• Responsible for installation, configuration, backup, recovery, performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery,upgrade and patching of the databases.
• Responsible for setup, maintenance and monitoring of MySQL in Multi-master/master-slave, synchronous/Asynchronous replications.
• Responsible for setup and maintenance of MySQL enterprise monitor.
• Research, plan and implement new features in database products.
• Responsible for trouble shooting, identifying root cause and fixing the production problems. Responsible for providing day to day support in 24*7 method and work in night shift on a rotational basis. |
