Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

 

• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE web application environment
• Should have proven Production Support experience in Java/J2EE web application environment
• Should have thorough understanding of Incident / Problem / Change Management processes
• Should have excellent communication skills – Oral & Written
• Should have worked in a production support team involving Application Monitoring, Incident Mgmt., Problem Mgmt. sub-streams
