| Work on Priority 1 incidents with assigned developer other IT teams and vendors to closure Triage Priority 234 incidents perform impact root cause analysis document findings and direct to Application team for prioritization Monitor alerts perform trend and impact analysis document findings direct to Application team for prioritization Report incidents statuses for business teams Create and update Status Page alerts for production issues and other applications deployments impacting Digital applications Create RFCs represent Change Advisory Board Meetings validate applications post deployment support business validation activities Support enterprise patching deployments by other teams weekends key weekday deployments Support validations for nonprod infrastructure maintenance Provide primary oncall support for Digital HubReview and analyze upcoming features bugs from support perspective Participate in sprint demos and provide feedback Work with Enterprise Change Management Problem Management Tools teams as needed Respond to and service adhoc requests from business and other IT teams Ability to also document technical requirements for user stories |
