Though most of the profiles list themselves as fullstack Java developers they are lacking basic java skills during our technical evaluation round.

 

We need people who have 5 to 10 years of experience with Java/J2ee,Spring/Struts MVC, Restful webservices , oracle ,Hibernate skills.
