Key Aspects of Java Developer

•                    Project Details:  new migration effort from Sitecore CMS to new tool and integration with MS Dynamics CRM

•                    Tech Stacks: ava/J2EE, Spring suite(MVC, Boot, Batch), REST webservices, Hadoop, Kafka, Hive, Spark, object storage and Angular JS

•                    Team: Sole contributor + lead for 2-3 developers

 

Responsibilities of Java Developer

•                    It is a heavy Programming role in solution development and implementation project.

•                    Advanced programming skills and daily turnaround of code and deliverables needed

•                    Coordinate the team communication and provide mentorship to technical resources.

•                    Interact with management and provide status reports

•                    Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and come up with solutions. Ability to solve complex production issues

 

Requirements of Java Developer

•                    Java/J2EE, Spring suite(MVC, Boot, Batch), REST webservices with minimum 5 years programming experience

•                    Development lead with strong customer engagement skills like solutioning with customers, presentations, obtain customer buy in

•                    Architecting the solution and frameworks

•                    Engaging with senior technical architects and propose and implement solutions

•                    Development Lead programming activities including guiding and mentoring development

•                    Ability to guide team members and review their code.

•                    Quickly develop solutions with little or no oversight. Need to be a self-starter, resourceful.
