HR Administrator with either Benefits or compensation experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with the processing of invoices, any validation and follow through to ensure vendors are paid on a timely basis; ensure accurate recording of charges/fees on internal tracker
• Assist the Benefits and Reward team and the broader HR team as needed to respond to general queries
• Assist in completing reports and submitting documentation pertaining to vendors for internal compliance purposes
• Support the Benefits team in mapping end-to-end processes related to payment of invoices, premiums, claims
Requirements:
• Proven detail-oriented skills and ability to work on billing statements and documentation related to multiple vendors
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of production oriented, customer service work experience
• Human Resources background required with benefits or compensation experience preferred
