Director – Transaction Advisory Services

The TAS Director will work with private equity funds, their portfolio companies and strategic acquirers to assist them assess acquisition targets, primarily by performing financial due diligence.
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple financial due diligence engagement and service teams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, private equity professionals and the C-Suite of current and potential clients.
Attract, develop and retain talent for the TAS team.
Qualifications:
CPA
8+ years of financial due diligence experience.
Public Accounting experience
A professional designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
Experience with TAS engagements for firms with revenues between $5 million to.
