Assist the engagement teams with
the evaluation of the calculated fair value for a variety of circumstances,
including, but not limited to the following:

Beneficial Conversion Features

Derivatives

Private Company

Securities/Equity offerings


ESOP


Buy/Sell agreements


Purchase Price Allocations

ASC 350 & 360 impairment
analyses


Valuations of tangible and
intangible assets, including but not limited to:


Customer lists


Management contracts


Lease agreements


Trademarks


Building, property and equipment


Real Estate


Contingent purchase


price/earn-out provisions
