Mortgage Post Closing Manager - BL

The Post Closing Manager is responsible for managing the operational details associated with the post-closing of company loans. This includes ensuring loans and the collateral packages are delivered to investors within required timeframes, monitoring and resolving investor purchase suspense conditions, monitoring and resolving troubled loans, and ensuring loans delivered to our agencies are adequately audited to comply with agency guidelines.
WHAT IS REQUIRED:
Qualifications and Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, competency, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Two year college degree or equivalent; and/or seven to ten years previous mortgage banking experience specifically in loan operations with knowledge and experience in processing, underwriting, and closing.
