Capacity Analyst will be responsible for generation of capacity and performance reports for executive, middle management and technical audiences. Responsibilities:

·         Create and manage Capacity Database using various management tools data as input.

·         Design, Produce and Analyze capacity reports, incidents, threshold warnings and crossings.

·         Facilitate capacity reports review and create recommended changes together with the subject matter experts from Infrastructure and Application areas. Coordinate immediate and longer term capacity and performance issues resolution.

·         Develop capacity management processes and standards.

·         Review and develop documents (e.g. SLA, run book, etc.).
