.  Experience in Data Modelling – both datawarehouse and operational, Data mapping and with data modeling tools e.g. ERStudio Data Architect · This is not a DBA role but need the person to be familiar with Database configuration, database design, database tuning, partitioning, PL/SQL, stored procedures/packages and their tuning, indexing, security, etc. · Knowledge of the latest Oracle features and ability to drive their utilization. · Good communication skills and a team player.

.• Preparation of project management plan, implementation plan, resource plan • Project / program budgeting and applying updates • On-boarding and off-boarding of resources following Barclays processes • Managing and control changes to project requirements and objectives • Tracking task statuses, identifying issues/problems and helping resolve the same • Preparation of project status reports to team members, management and other stakeholders • Managing project risk by identification and quantification of risks, and ensure implementation of appropriate mitigation actions • Define and organize the closure of different phases of the project (lessons learnt)
