Experience with Annuity Experience is must.
Position Objective:
· The position acts to optimize the work of the assigned customer area through participating in business planning, needs analysis, business risk assessments, and acclimating business processes to changes in technology for Annuity Products. The position will require working collaboratively with the customer on how to best support the business through the effective use of technology. The role also works to ensure that IT is effectively servicing all customer areas.
· This position requires a development of business knowledge relative to Retirement Solutions' Annuity applications and technology through learning applications and relevant business data within administrative system or interfaces.
· Business Analyst participates in business requirements gathering. Proactively identifies opportunities for reengineering and may lead reengineering efforts.
· Use Case/Rational Proficient
· Experience with writing SQL queries
