Location: Atlanta GA

Duration: 6 months.

 

Skills Required:

Mobility IVR Quality Assurance Job Description

·         Minimum 2 years' experience with system integration and testing efforts

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing

·         Must be able to write E2E test scenarios

·         Strong ability to understand business requirements and call flows

·         Minimum 1 year experience with Agile methodology

·         Excellent & professional communication skills (verbal & written)

·         Relationship skills / professional, team player, and positive attitude

·         Collaborative & Know how & when to ask questions or for help

·         Troubleshooting, problem solving, and prioritization skills
