Job Title: Business Analyst Manager
Location: Murray Hill, NJ
Length: 6 months

Rate: $70/hr all inclusive
The client is seeking a Business Analyst Manager in Murray Hill, NJ, to support work for new and existing clients and manage the business team.
S/he will perform the following duties:
· Interact with clients regarding the translation of their business processes and requirements to the Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALIP);
· Apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ALIP software to recommend and design solutions specific for life insurance processing on the platform;
· Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and contribute to the adoption of the best solution;
· Play an active role in supporting the technical team during the construction of the solution;
· May assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution;
· Support training processes;
· Provide support to the client on various functional software support requests;
· Conduct ALIP demos; and
· Perform ad hoc sales support.

Candidate local to New Providence, New Jersey
Candidates outside the New Providence location must live within a 90-minute commuting distance to an Accenture office.
Basic Qualifications (must have)
· 5 years of experience in the IT/ management consulting industry or insurance industry
· 5 years implementing life insurance policy administration systems and business practices;
· 5 years conducting requirements gathering and analysis to support life insurance policy administration system implementations;
· 5 years performing business process analysis and design for life insurance administrative processes;
· 5 years writing designs for software customizations for life insurance policy administration systems;
· 5 years conducting test preparation and execution for life insurance policy administration systems;
