R12 EBS –Oracle Applications R12.1.3 Support Lead
Work Location    :      Bloomfield, CT and Philadelphia, PA
Relevant Experience (Yrs)     :    8to 10
Technical/Functional Skills     :    The candidate should be proficient in the following

•    8 + years of working with OracleEBS in a consulting environment
•    R12 EBS Functional experience with focus on Accounts Payable(AP), Accounts Receivables(AR), Cash Management(CE), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA) &FAH,
•    Knowledge of Discoverer
•    Understanding and knowledge of SQL queries is an added plus.
•    Understanding how EBS integrates with other boundary systems
•    Good Communication - Mandatory
•    Offshore Coordination - Mandatory
•    Support Leadactivities– Mandatory
•    Support SLAs
•    Weekly Metrics presentation
Experience Required        8+ years
Roles & Responsibilities    :   
•    Requirements gathering and its analysis
•    Interacting with business users, understanding their requirement and fixing gaps
•    Testing FRICEW components
•    Instructing the technical team and clarify any functional questions that they may have
•    Participate in any workshops related to Critical issues
•    Perform Support Lead tasks to ensure progress against the schedule, track project financials, manage staffing requirements, identify and mitigate risks and address any issues
•    Deliver status updates and prepare weekly and bi-weekly status reports to be reviewed by the senior leadership and client executives.
•    Perform Day-to-day management/liaison between the off-shore development team, the onsite team and the client support teams
•    Review of functional specifications to provide clarity and functional understanding for the development team
•    Review and approve all technical design specifications and unit test results
•    Definition of the development standards
•    Review of as-is technical documentation and gap analysis against standards
•    Updates to any documentation as required
•    Support CSR creation(migration from development Instance to higher instance)
•    Assist with definition of Interface Technical Approach
