Skills   
•       Well experienced in Testing process and methodologies. Exposure in Oracle EBS Assurance
•       Experiences in reviewing Business Requirements, creating test cases and traceability
•       Ability to estimate the testing efforts and allocate resources as needed
•       Experienced in Test Management tools and Test Reporting
•       Exposure in Test Automation & Performance Testing
•       Ability to lead a team of 15-20 testers and test analysts
•       Good Communication skills and ability to work in onsite, offshore model
•       Experience on setting up Test CoEs / Labs / Test Delivery Centers, setting up new testing engagements, etc
