Skill set:- Application Packaging
Location:- Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 6 months

Must have skills:
i. Good knowledge in one of the following Technologies, with at least 2 years of experience
1. Siebel
2. .net
3. Java /J2EE /Java script
ii. Strong analytical skills
iii. Strong problem-solving skills
iv. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
v. Available to work evening and weekend shifts
vi. Knowledge of e-commerce domain

Job Description:
a. L1 support of the daily needs of Customer Support Team with emerging technical issues that require swift and effective resolution
b. Provide rapid, conclusive resolution to all error reports or alternatively present updates for currently or newly opened escalated issues
c. Ensuring satisfaction and maintaining Service Level on reported issues
d. Analyzing and reporting issues with planned new features to relevant teams
e. Attending meetings as required and remaining informed on new features and developments on the eBay site
f. Continually working on content updates & ensuing that all agents have access to the information they need to follow a workflow for technical issues
g. Taking over technical calls where appropriate to ensure a quick resolution
