Duration: 12+ months

 

Skills Needed:

·         72 months hands-on experience analyzing management strategies and business processes on a large scale. Experience includes analyzing business operations and developing and implementing solutions. May include writing procedures and definitions.  

·         72 months experience working directly with users in a human services arena providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience includes writing documentation and/or desk aids to be used as reference to support users understanding of business operations and/or training delivered.          

·         At least thirty-six months experience working in a fiscal environment that perform processes of payments and claiming on a large scale.     

·         At least sixty months of child welfare or related experience and an ability to interpret regulations governing practice and program outcomes.

·         At least sixty months experience working in a Health and Human Services or Child Welfare/SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system in New York State, local district, or voluntary agency in New York State or another state.

·         Bachelor’s Degree
