• Oracle Certified Programming Expert - Advanced Skills and Knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL and Fusion Technologies
• Strong Expertise in Onsite-Offshore Coordination
• Enterprise Business Suite Modules - Data Hub, Product Information Management, Advanced Programming concepts
• Drive the maintenance of organization and release information on Web, WiKi and other collaboration tools
*Project Description
Client's Enterprise Release Management Office (ERMO) provides services to client IT for planning and executing various IT releases. In order to maintain release testing environments they do data migration from prod databases to release testing environment, sr developer will be involved in analysing, defining and replicating the tables from prod to release databases.
Work experience & skills (Mandatory)
- System Customization, Architecture and Design existing Data Structures.
- Conduct research and root cause analysis related to data inquiries
- Breakdown functional specification documents to build Technical
- Design Document and Identify the Use Cases.
- Analyze Issues, Risks for Requirement Implementations and provide Architectural Inputs.
- Review Functional and Business Test Cases written by testing. Business Teams.
- Contribute to reviewing and updating (if required) the Data Migration engagement model.
- Designs, plans, and execute required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing is accomplished on all new and changed components.
- Synchronize product, Item data from and to multiple Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Oracle, SAP).
- Created Complex Business Events, Mapping Functions, Rules and Business validation and Oracle Inventory setups in Advanced Product Catalog.
- Created Role based Security Features for controlled access to forms and Catalogs
- Consume Data Import Workbench to manage source system mappings and data loads.
- Setup Highly configurable change management workflows with approval routing.
- Manage Data Governance and Compliance with the help of workflow based processes that can perform rule based validation and data correction.
- Defined Product Catalogs in Hierarchical format in order to clearly Identify Business Model and Entities.
- Proficiency with tools used to support Oracle Applications development including, but not limited to, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder.
- Hands on understanding of latest features and tools in Oracle and related technologies – Data Hub Setups, Product Information Management, Advanced PL-SQL (Programming Language Concepts and Database Relational Model)
- Work on Optimization techniques, Proof of Concepts, Performance Tuning Benefits and Principals
- Drive Development projects through the entire Development life cycle including; Requirements Definition, Technical Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation in synch with offshore teams efforts.
- Coordinate with offshore teams on Impact assessment of new requirements on existing system design.
- Periodic Status reporting to Stakeholder within Cisco Organizations – IT Manager, Project Managers with Estimations, Development Milestone Planning, Delivery Status Updates, Issue Tracker and Test Reports and Code Deployments in synch with offshore teams.
- Create High Level Design and Estimate Effort for Change Requests(CR) for multiple projects and boundary teams and work with offshore development teams to make them understand.
