Mandatory Technical Skills "Must have -
Design middleware infrastructure
Product analysis, setup, configuration
Analyze new patches and provide road map for other teams
Define security and standards for middleware infrastructure
Product performance tuning as per requirements
Strong knowledge on weblogic concepts
Weblogic domain, cluster, managed servers
SSL certificates
Datasource concepts and configuration
JDBC tuning
JMS Configuration, Tuning and Administration
Work managers
Should be fluent in working with Linux based operating systems
Web servers - IIS, Apache, OHS etc. setup and administration
App/Web servers integration and troubleshooting between layers
Change control process and procedures
ITIL certification/knowledge is plus
Oracle EM, API Gateway is a plus
BASH/WLST scripting
Operating systems skills a plus - preferably RedHat Linux
Exellent troubleshooting skills
Provide solutions to issues which cant be resolved by lower level teams
Work with various teams, vendors to have solutions in place
Good documentation skills
Nice to have -
Oracle SOA certification
Coherence*web implementation"
