SAP Service Delivery Manager (SAP SDM)

Duration Long term (Minimum 2 years' commitment)
Mandatory Technical Skills Have worked in SAP Technical or Functional Area for minimum 4-5 years
Desirable Technical Skills Good understanding of SAP Technical areas like ABAP, CRM Technical, Basis, SAP XI/PI
Mandatory Functional Skills Have worked in SAP Technical or Functional Area for minimum 4-5 years
Desirable Functional Skills Good understanding of End to End Business processes and integration between various SAP Modules within ECC, CRM and SCM(APO)
Mandatory SDM Skills "1. Must have worked in SAP AMS as SDM for minimum 3 years
2. ITIL V3 Certified
3. Strong in Stakeholder Management
4. Have worked in Onsite/offshore/nearshore model
5. Have handled SAP AMS in Managed service model
6. Strong Experience of SLA Management (Measuring, Reporting, Controlling)
7. Strong communication skills
8. Strong Experiene in Escalation Management" Rows added by Deepak

Total Experience Required Overall 14+ years and SAP experience shall be minimum 7 years
