Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills PRIMARY SKILLS
ü 8+ years of IT experience
ü Must have atleast one project experience where TIBCO CIM/MDM is used
ü Strong in TIBCO Business Works 5.x
ü Experience in writing rule bases, workflows and configuring TIBCO MDM
ü Experience in using TIBCO MDM Business Studio
ü Experience in UNIX & Linux Commands
ü Must have strong Oracle SQL knowledge
ü Experience with SOAP services / WSDL / SoapUI tool
ü Excellent troubleshooting skills
Roles and responsibility ü Analyze Business requirements and provide accurate technical work estimates.
ü Design and architect systems taking into account both functional and non-functional requirements for both onsite & offshore activities
ü Ensure compliance to design standards and best practices.
ü Provide technical leadership to solve problems and guide on the design and development
ü Perform extensive design and code reviews
ü Present architecture/design to the client team
ü Co-ordinate with delivery team at Offshore for development and delivery
ü Identify key technical risks and strategies to mitigate them
ü Ensure thorough unit testing and assist the BAs with functional, system and interface testing
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills ü Operational/Support knowledge of TIBCO MDM(Formerly TIBCO CIM 8.2.1)
ü Operational/support knowledge of TIBCO Business Works
ü Operational/support knowledge of WebSphere Application Server console
ü Knowledge of TIBCO Administrator
Total experience in required skill (years) > 8 years
