Job Description:
Understanding the working of a contact center,Should have fair knowledge on basic CTI concepts, ACD and IVR,
Fair knowledge on Genesys Framework ( Tserevr, Statserver, URS),Add, Change, Delete phone extension and user configuration in Genesys as needed,Fair knowledge on Genesys Inbound and Outbound,Knowledge on Multi-Channel Routing (MCR) is an advantage,Flair for writing test cases on contact center scenarios,Knowledge on CCPulse+ is an advantage,Should have fair knowledge on SIP technologies,Call Flow Analysis,Design and execute test scenarios and scripts,Define and perform regression, performance and stress testing,Plan test schedules in accordance with project scope and delivery dates
