Job Summary
SAP CRM application development & support. A fluent German and English language skill (to write and to speak) is a must.
Major Responsibilities
* Significant involvement in the implementation and further development of the CRM-EIC application based on SAP.
* Collection, analysis, evaluation and implementation of customer requirements in SAP EIC
* Support and consulting for processes
* Participation in testing and quality assurance, as well as preparation of necessary documentations
* Conception, planning and controlling of the responsible SAP Work areas.
* Monitor and control the application using defined KPI"s.
* Supporting users on all general or specific problem settings (Last level).
* Set up technical documentation.
* Closely interact with customers.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
* Knowledge of SAP (Personal administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Event Management, ESS / MSS, authorizations) from user and IT perspective.
* Good skills of SAP CRM (EIC)
* CRM Web UI Experience
* Good knowledge of programming languages: + ABAP, ABAP OO, Web Dynpro for ABAP, BSP, SQL, HTML and Java
