Title: Junior Project Manager

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Duration: 6 Months Contract to Perm

Job Term: Contract to Perm (only W2)

Interview Process: Phone and Skype.

 

Candidate needs to be on site in Thousand Oaks, CA 100%

Interviews will take place over the phone.  In person might be requested for local candidates.

 

Job Description:

 

• Able to take directions, follow-up on tasks, update a PP prepared by the PM 
• Takes status notes and prepares status reports for the PM 
• Mentor under the PM, does not need to be PMI certified
• Handles Sharepoint Site, etc., organization of project documents
• Good client facing and communication skills, written and oral 
• Works well with a team 
• Follows direction, but also takes the initiative to follow thru, ask questions
• Able to multitask
