JD:
· Able to lead a Team of 3 Persons in offshore. Strong in SIEBEL TOOLs, SIEBEL EAI, Unix and SQL Skills.
· Java Programming Skill is desirable. Able to provide Application support, Design and Development.
· Able to Coordinate with Clients and Offshore team members on a Daily basis. Provide and present Status Reports to Clients on Weekly Basis.
· Provide FollowingL2 ,(Functional) and L3 support for STARR Siebel applications, Support for Problems and incidents Performance issues resolution and tracking Updating of BNMY ticketing tool and constantly checking for assignments to Wipro teams Scheduled reports and updates to stake holders on pre-agreed frequency Access management to users and groups Enhancement requests post analysis and agreement on efforts and costs CR Analysis and estimations high level Major and minor enhancements on agreed terms and conditions.
