Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

Experience planning, designing, architecting, implementing, and maintaining Active Directory in a large distributed enterprise operation. This includes but is not limited to desktop and server group policy design, site and directory design, DC replication management, managing Trusts, planning and implementing domain upgrades & consolidations, account management and provisioning, application integration and authentication, and experience with complex, multiple forest and domain environments. Experience with Active Directory 2008.
Possession of a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration certification or having passed Microsoft Exam 70-413: Designing and Implementing a Server Infrastructure.
Experience designing, implementing and administering a Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager solution to manage a Microsoft server environment of at least 25 servers.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining a Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) architecture to provide claims-based authentication to Microsoft based technologies.
Experience managing and maintaining a Microsoft Exchange 2007 or better environment of at least 1000 mailboxes.
Experience managing and maintaining a clustered Microsoft SQL 2008 or better environment of at least 10 servers. The environment must have consisted of at least 2 separate SQL clusters running on Windows Server 2008 or better.
Experience managing and maintaining Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) server 2006 OR Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010.
24 months experience managing and maintaining Forefront/Systems Center Endpoint Protection.
Experience managing and maintaining a Novell Netware 6.0 environment or better and experience with at least one migration of a Novell Netware environment to Active Directory.
