Healthcare experience
Sr. BA skills (BRD, FRD, Fit Gap Analysis, etc) Strong SQL queries (inner/outer joins, cursers, etc)
Strong data mapping, data mining, data profiling, data analysis, manipulating data, verifying data, etc.
Strong knowledge of RDBMS
BSAs in this area are expected to complete the data profiling and source system analysis needed to develop requirements and specs.
