Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of requirements gathering and business analysis experience in a technology environment
· 5 years of experience developing Business Requirements Documents and Functional specifications.
· 2 years leadership experience.
· Proven track record working on large-scale projects to diverse stakeholders
· Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
· Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on large scale projects
· Experience gathering requirements on data integration and business intelligence projects
· Experience facilitating requirements analysis sessions with large and diverse stakeholder groups
· Experience using UML representation and use cases
Desired Qualifications:
· Subject matter expert in the grants and/or contract management
· Technical/ software development background
· Demonstrated experience with Unified Process method of development
· Experience working on projects delivered in an educational environment
· Experience implementing systems using standard data exchange protocols
· Experience documenting use cases
· Experience creating requirements traceability matrices
· Experience relating requirements gathering to usability concepts
· Understanding of stakeholders in educational policy in Massachusetts
· Must be attentive to detail.
· Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
· Strong time management, communicative, and interpersonal skills
