Responsibilities :-
* Minimum 3 end to end SAP implementation.
* Exposure of SAP modules like:- Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Development (PD), Personnel Administration (PA), India Payroll (PY) Time Management (TM), ESS/MSS, Workflows.
* Analyze HR requirements plan deployment of SAP-HCM modules other HR-IT applications
* Maximize the technology of HR business process in SAP-HCM
* Provide functional expertise SAP-HCM functionalities to key users/stakeholders
* Enhance HR-IT applications / SAP-HCM for streamlining HR processes stirring towards business excellence practices.
Desirable Attributes:-
SAP HCM Skills
 Hands on knowledge of process and configuration on Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Recruitment, Personnel Development and Appraisals, Training Events Management, Time Management (-ve), ESS/MSS, Travel Management
