Job Description -

Consultant 
* Should have minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR.
* Should have worked on the basic modules of HR like PA/OM.
* Knowledge/Experience of reading Payroll/Time cluster.
* Knowledge/Experience in logical database like PNPCE/PNP, PCH.
* Knowledge/Experience in creation/enhancement of Infotype.
* Knowledge/Experience in ALV reports (Classical/Interactive) is required.
* Knowledge/Experience in events in ABAP reports is needed.
* Knowledge/Experience in BDC/LSMW/BADI/User Exits.
* Knowledge/Experience on Outbound/Inbound interfaces.
Senior Consultant
* Should have minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR.
* Should have worked on at least one end to end implementation project.
* Should have worked on the basic modules of HR like PA/OM/PY/PT.
* Should have worked on Outbound/Inbound interfaces.
* Knowledge/Experience of Benefits module would be preferred.
* Knowledge/Experience in logical database like PNPCE/PNP, PCH.
* Knowledge/Experience in creation/enhancement of Infotype.
* Knowledge/Experience in ALV reports (Classical/Interactive) is required.
* Knowledge/Experience in BDC/LSMW/BADI/User Exits.
* Knowledge/Experience of OOPs ABAP program would be preferred.
* Knowledge/Experience in Smart forms/HR forms/Adobe forms would be required.
