Knowledge of CRM Base Customizing (Status Profile, Action Profile, Transactions, etc.) 4. Strong Technical Development skills in CRM One order Framework * Very good understanding of CRM One Order Framework and Architecture * Thorough knowledge of CRM One Order APIs and Events * Knowledge of CRM Tables, BADIs * Good Debugging/Trouble shooting skills * Basic conceptual knowledge of CRM UI 5. Strong analytical and Problem Solving Skills 6. Very Good Communication and Documentation skills 7.
