SAP CRM Architect - Wolfsburg, Germany - 18 Months

Role: SAP CRM Architect.

Start: within 4-6 weeks (maybe a little more early)

Duration: 18 Month++

Location: Wolfsburg

Consultant should have 06-08 years + experience in SAP CRM and Must have experience as SAP CRM Solution Architect at least on one project.

Must be fluent in German and English.

- creating a concept for monitoring of SAP CRM

- creating a concept for system management for SAP CRM

- define and collect non-functional requirements for the SAP CRM solution

- collect non-func req. and design high volume segmentation architecture between SAP CRM and SAP BW

- collect non-func req. and design groupware integration architecture (integration between SAP CRM and Exchange)

- collect non-func req. and design telephony integration architecture (architecture for call center solutions)

- collect non-func req. and design multi-channel-communication architecture (e.g. architecture components for SMS sending, paper mailings, ...)

- collect non-func req. and design archiving architecture - design of data-migration towards SAP CRM from any legacy system

Language: German/ English

(If consultant is good in German and English and do not have German work permit, we will sponsor work permit for right candidate)
