Kindly find the job description:- Job Location :- Singapore Job Type: Permanent role Job Title – SAP HR Techno Functional Job Description Position Highlights • Provide post-implementation maintenance and support • Level 2 Application Support Analyst with 5+ years of SAP HR experience • Primary skills (must have) – SAP HR Techno Functional, ABAP HR (not ABAP general), Data Migration and LSMW, ESS/MSS, iViews, Experience in supporting and troubleshooting SAP Interfaces (real-time/batch) • Secondary skills – Performance Management, Learning Solutions • Additional skills ( Optional)– BI, PI • Must be able to debug the program/transaction/function module technically • 24/6 – Monday to Saturday Shift Work (Resources will only work for 5 days in a week) Responsibilities • Trouble shooting issues, leading technical investigations, support critical platforms in a demanding 24/7 environment and perform root cause analysis of technical outages (Incident & Problem Management) • Debug programs to trace issues • Provide regular updates for the Major Incidents (MIHs) • Escalate Incidents/issues to Development teams and/or Management as appropriate • Ensure key deliverables meet the timelines (SLA Management) • Participate in weekend or afterhours work to support critical business initiative such as application rollouts, infrastructure changes or disaster recovery tests will be required at times • Work with Development team to rollout changes in the production environment (Release Management) • Maintain knowledge base of known defects and issues, processes and support techniques Skillset Requirement Experience • Bachelors Degree (in Computer Science/Engineering) with MBA (HR) preferably • Overall IT experience of 5 - 7 years Essential Skill: • In-depth functional knowledge of SAP HR and related modules, including SAP Portal platform, ESS, MSS. In detail, candidate should have 5 or more years experience working in a development or support role and has minimum 2 years of functional knowledge. • Candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience providing production application support. • Knowledge of Microsoft office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel • Good communication and inter-personal skills Advantageous Skill: • Knowledge of UK / South Africa SAP HR-Payroll with offshore support experience. • Experience with ITIL concepts and best practices. • Exposure to SAP XI/PI and BW/BI. • Experience in using Microsoft Share Point, Service Now and Business Objects. • SAP Certification. • Work experience in investment banking Besides above technical skills, the individual needs to have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player; ability to work in highly dynamic environment; flexible and must possess the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
