Job Description :



- 7+ years of experience in ABAP Programming and Project/Team Management (SAP Technology or Techno-Functional Consultant)

* 2 + years in team lead or management

* Must have led projects

* Must have project management experience

* At least 4 fully life-cycle SAP implementation using ASAP methodology.

* SAP SRM / Workflow development experience is a must.

* Should have latest technologies knowledge in SAP like OO programming.

* Deep expertise in ABAP Dictionary, BDCs, BAPIs, Smartforms ,ABAP Workbench and ABAP WebDynpro is required.

* Knowledge of BSP and workflow is preffered.

* Experience in Team Management, Project Methodologies

* Team Metrics

* Ability to mentor teams and run through fires and come out successfully

* Ability to develop standards

* Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts, both verbally and in writing to the teams.

* Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services is desirable
