Minimum 12+ yrs exp in SAP migrations/upgrades (ECC→S/4HANA, SAP BASIS, integration landscapes)
Knowledge of SAP RISE & cloud migration paths
Familiarity with system architecture & compliance standards
Strong project leadership & stakeholder engagement skills
Agile/Waterfall, risk & issue mgmt experience
1-year contract, extendable
Fluent English with German B1 is Must
