Job Opportunity: SAP FICO Consultant – S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects for a role in Germany/Belgium.
Please note: Only candidates who are currently based in Germany or Belgium will be considered for this role.

Key Requirements & Skills:
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP FICO in S/4HANA, specifically in Brownfield Conversion projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP innovations related to conversion, including:
o FSCM Credit Management
o Asset Accounting
o New GL Accounting
o Margin Analysis (CO)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues from Simplification Items Check Report.
• Experience with SAP FIORI applications and interfaces.
• Skilled in resolving Finance reconciliation discrepancies between ECC and S/4HANA.
• Capable of driving Change Management efforts including:
o End-user Training
o Support during Testing cycles
• Expertise in identifying and resolving legacy ECC issues that surface during conversion.
• Working knowledge of ABAP debugging for functional troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a Global Delivery Model with both onsite and offshore teams.
• Strong background in SAP implementation methodologies, particularly for Brownfield Conversion.
• Implementation experience and sound knowledge of EDI interfaces.
• Ability to lead end-to-end solutioning as a Solution Architect.
• Proactive in initiating minor/major enhancements and supporting new developments.
