Job Title: Oracle HRMS EBS(non Cloud) & Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
Job Duration: 6+ Months Contract


Primary Skills: Oracle HRMS EBS
Description:

•          Well versed with Oracle HRMS EBS & Cloud as Techno-Functional Consultant( Technical 70%, Functional 30%)

•          We do not want mere Functional consultant. For that point, we rather need a technical person on the ground knowing HRMS functionality.

•          Gained ground-level technical hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of solution from requirement analysis to system study, designing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance.

•          Should have experience of working at Client Site and ability to bridge the Co-ordination Gap between Onshore and Offshore

•          Proficiency in working on the requests and solve the issue within guidelines

•          Experience with Oracle Core EBS modules like HR, Payroll, OTL, Absences, and Advanced Benefits is a plus, to include experiences with Reports, Fast Formulas, Integrations and Data Migration are desired

•          Experience with Oracle Core cloud modules like Global HR, Fusion Payroll, Fusion OTL, Absences Mgmt. Advanced Benefits is a plus, to include experiences with Reports, Fast Formulas,

•          Integrations and Data Migration are desired

•          Knowledge of Integration part between Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM and/or Taleo

•          Ability to resolve technical queries & assist Business Users by analysis, administering and troubleshooting

•          Minimum years of experience 2 to 8 years

•          Preferred Designation: AC to C1

•          Preferred location: Rolling Meadows, Illinois, US

•          The resource must have hands-on Cloud Technical experience on Oracle apps HCM. The resource should be able to solve technical tickets by himself.
