Job Roles/Responsibilities
Understand High Level Architecture in a distributed environment and how People, Process, Systems (In-house & COTS) combine together in an overall landscape (Healthcare Domain Knowledge is a Plus). Past Development experience with any Technology (e.g. Java, .NET) is a must.
Work with Business & IT Teams to Design and Develop Baseline and Target Solution Architecture for key programs, projects and transformation initiatives
Use LeanIX (Techscape), the SaaS tool to create and govern all architectural artifacts, create data flows.
Use IBM Blueworks Live tool for Business Process Modelling and Analysis as and when required and mentor project Business Analysts to adhere to best practices
Work with Microsoft Suites tools like MS Visio & Power point to create architectural diagrams and Solution Architecture decks respectively required for Projects
Possess excellent communication skill as the associate has to work across all teams including client and vendor encompassing both business and IT
Understanding of TOGAF frameworks is a plus (ADM Cycles like Business Architecture & Information Systems Architecture etc.)
