The candidate is expected to play the Sr Developer role, prepare & own the technical design document, act as a single point of contact (on behalf of the Application Development Team) to the Scrum Master, QA Team and business stakeholders. The candidate must be Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certified and have extensive hands on experience in configuration and customization. Should be proficient in Salesforce development, must be experienced with Lightning, Apex, Integration / APIC, VF, Governor limits, Process Builder / workflows and familiar with governance limits & best practices. Must have 4+ years of Salesforce experience working in Service Cloud and familiar with service console. Experience in Healthcare, CTI, IVR will be a plus. Must be acquainted with Agile framework (SAFE will be preferred) and excellent in communication both verbal and written.
