2. Experience in Data Warehouse Design & Development Experience primarily is on Data Modeling using tools like ERWin, ERStudio, Power designer, MS Visio.
3. Good to have experience in Netezza based Data Models
4. Health care Modeling experience in Member, Claim and Provider Areas.
5. Experience in Requirement Gathering & Analysis Good knowledge of data modeling for OLTP and OLAP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Has good experience in understanding business pain areas, analyzing the underlying data & system landscape, designing & implementing solutions to meet business requirements.
7. Has a deep understanding of technology with focus on delivering business solutions.
