Role – Program Manager
Location – Seattle, Washington.
Duration – 12 months +
Interview – Phone/Skype.
Description:
Assisting leadership in driving the strategic vision, managing change and ensuring that all assigned issues are defined, specified, planned and delivered to meet customer defined value metrics, regulatory mandates and ongoing business requirements.
- Oversee Portfolio Performance Management and drive decision around changes needed.
- Establishing individual performance goals, reviews performance against goals, and implementing action for the timely development and progress of staff.
What you need to succeed:
- 8 years of progressively more responsible project management experience in large institution (100,000+ employees) including the management of PMO department, project and program managers.
- 5 years of experience leading teams consisting of individuals from multiple disciplines.
- Proven Change Management, Acceleration and Facilitation experience required
- Deep experience in system implementation and metrics
- Preferred PMP or PMP certification; Lean or Six Sigma.
