Required Skills:
· Minimum 5 years of experience re-designing Finance process/operating models and implementing Finance technology solutions associated with these programs.
· 5+ years of Process Transformation experience
· Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with Hyperion
· Minimum 3 years of experience within large scale consulting working with external clients
· Minimum 3 years of experience in 3 or more of the following Finance processes:
· Minimum 1 years of management experience leading teams reporting directly to you
· Minimum 1 years of project management experience that includes project plan development and tracking
Professional Skill Requirements
· Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Desire to work in an information systems environment
· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Excellent leadership and management skills
