Role: SAP QM Lead
Work Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ


DTS/QM Lead
Local NY/NJ Resource preferred but will look at a traveler in East Coast
The QM lead acts on behalf of the Product Innovation – Quality Management (QM) Team, responsible for understanding business needs and problems, and implementing
/supporting solutions and technical upgrades within SAP QM (Quality Management) modules. Works globally to provide detailed analysis of potential system changes,

 develops/supports agreed solutions working with various IT teams and Business Stakeholders, tests system changes to ensure a validated state. At times, 

assists in system implementation activities of data migration and training. This resource acts as the prime point of contact for all deliverables in QM area and acts 
as a prime point of contact for all escalations. He/ She  works closely with other IT team members from supply chain, Logistics, Finance, customer facing, security, data migration, 

Basis and business intelligence as well as business stakeholders and subject matter experts to make/support informed design decisions and deliver agreed solutions. 

This resource also works closely with offshore team and manage/ monitor their priorities and deliverables.

Following background is must for this position:
•          Bachelor's degree required in a technical area (IT, Engineering, Science).  
•          At least 8 years of SAP experience 
•          Have worked on at least 2 end to end implementation and/or 3-4 Support projects. 
•          Have minimum 3 years of experience in Leading Quality Management Team 
•          Have sound knowledge on Quality Notification, Stability Study, Quality Certificates, Physical Sample, Digital Signature
•          Have good integration knowledge of QM with MM, PP, SD, PM modules.
•          Have basic knowledge on Interfaces, ABAP Objects
•          Certification from SAP QM
•          Experience with Tools like HP Quality Center, HP Service Manager, Solution Manager and uPerform
•          Excellent communication skills, Client facing abilities, along with other soft skills.
