Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional with experience implementing and supporting MS CRM 2011, 2013, and 2015 applications.

Resource must have extensive experience configuring, customizing and presenting demos along with proven experience gathering requirements, creating functional specs and design docs, performing fit/gap analysis, creating testing, training and researching & resolving issues.
