Role – Data Analyst (Master Data Management)

Location – Eden Prairie, MN

Duration – 12mo Contract-to-hire

Interview:  Phone/Skype

 

Description:

 Assess client/business needs, work within the team to implement best solutions 
 Analysis of large volume data sets 
 Knowledge of analytical and MDM tools a plus but not required (IBM Info Analyzer, Info Sphere, DBA systems, etc.) 
 Map source/system data to MDM solution 
 Create and manage data governance and quality rules 

Required Skills 
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel 
 Ability to multitask 
 Ability to work well within a diverse team 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills (due to the decentralized teams requiring a lot of email/IM communication and online meetings) 
 Ability to manage workload 
Ability to work independently 
Big Data experience a plus 
Healthcare industry experience a plus
