New York

1) 5+ Experience with the use and capabilities of ETL software tool Informatica

2: Business Objects Architect ( spotfire exp desired)

New York

• Must have led the technology direction for multiple projects and led or presented architecture concepts outside the realm of immediate workgroup

• Deep mastery of Data Warehousing – mastery of a wide range of data warehouse technologies including ETL, data modeling and reporting.

•Mastery in Reporting/Analytics tools: Business Objects, Spotfire Data Visualization

•Design data marts that will enable us to bring data from disparate sources, aggregate it and make it available for reporting and analytics. The architecture should account for large data volumes and allow flexible data provisioning for analytical applications.

•Proficiency with pulling data from Big data environments. Candidate must be proficient at architecting frameworks to expedite extracting large volumes of data for reporting purposes.

•Broad understanding of multiple technologies. These include DBMS (Oracle, SQL Server), ETL (Data Stage), Reporting, performance tuning for high-end hardware and storage (data warehouse appliances), OS (Solaris, Linux, Windows).

General knowledge, skills and abilities:

• 5+ years experience in Business Intelligence

• Hands-on experience with Business Objects in Webi, Universe and Dashboard is a must

• Business Objects modeling, design, development, and best practices experience

Experience in Spotfire

• Experience in development using ETL.

• Knowledge of financial services industry

•In-depth knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (including waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development)

•Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.

•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)

•Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills

3: Business Objects developer ( spotfire exp desired)

New York

•5+ years of experience in reporting/analytic role with a focus on visualization design and development.
•5+ years SAP Business Objects developer experience including Universe Designer, Web Intelligence, Xcelsius/dashboards, Explorer.
•Moderate SQL development skills.
•Knowledge of dimensional database design.
•Experience with SAP Business Objects Design Studio.

4: Technical BA/Project Manager

New York

.- Should be a senior candidate 13- 14 yrs exp
- Should have compliance/ Capital Makets experience
- The candidate should be a BA and should have good exposure to PM processes also
- Should have managed meduim to large projects in past
- Must have very good communication and presentations skill.

5: EAI Architect (Sr. Level with ETL + TWS/AutoSys exp is desired)

Master's Degree Preferred
• 8+ total years of professional Application, Systems, Solutions, or Enterprise Architecture experience
• 3+ total years of professional Enterprise Architecture experience
• Extensive experience developing architectural models with depth in one or more of the subdisciplines of business architecture, information architecture and application/technical architecture and breadth across all disciplines
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills
• Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools and frameworks
• Experience with mission critical, multi-tenant, multi-tier application architectures
• Experience with product evaluations and selection, buy-or-build
• Leadership skills to indirectly drive cross-functional teams towards common solutions
• The ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong Data management skills using Informatica, Master Data management, Business Objects, Datya Quality
