Job Description: Min 10+ Years Exp with SAP Basis.

PRIMARY SYSTEMS:	SAP Solution Manager, CHARM, SAP Application Architecture
PRIMARY BUSINESS PROCESS:	SAP Env Planning and Charm Implementation
TECHNOLOGY:	SAP Basis, Solution Manager, CHARM
ONSITE / OFFSHORE:	ONSITE
JOB DESCRIPTION:	The individual will own the SAP environments planning activities (both tactical and strategic) that include identifying environment needs for projects, assigning an environment for specific change, tracking changes as they are promoted from one environment to the next, identify dependencies and resolve technology conflicts within enterprise releases.  Candidate should have strong SAP application architecture skills and excellent communication skills.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:	>Must have the ability to work with Basis, network support and infrastructure teams. >Basis administration Knowledge is added advantage >Experience in handling complex SAP landscapes(More than 3 system landscape) >Should working experience with SAP ChaRM, Solution manager, CTS+ >Good Knowledge on  CHARM transaction types and process flows >Good Knowledge on SAP Transport Management >Experience in CTS & CTS+ configuration >Good Knowledge on CSOL and Retrofit >Knowledge on RFC's >Required to work with technical teams for custom solutions
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:	• Must have 3+ years IT environment planning experience within a technical field. • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with various levels of management. • Must be a team player with outstanding inter personal skills. • Must have customer focus and strategic thinking skills. • Must be highly proactive, with a vision to plan ahead for the upgrade/refresh schedules • Must have ability to build relationships and influence in a cross functional setting. • Must have ability to multi-task and deal with fast-paced highly agile environment. • Must have thorough knowledge of SAP end to end implementation process • Must be organized, have ability to plan/coordinate lights-on initiatives (software upgrades, etc.)
