we need:
Minimum 10 + Years of Exp.
4 Hadoop Admins (prefer with security components like Knox, Ranger and Kerberos)
4 Hadoop Developers with Storm and Kafka exp.
Also, look for Hadoop developers with Spark exp (prefer with Scala, if not with python or Java)
And any good resource with strong Hbase exp.
