Role:  Oracle EBS Manufacturing/Planning  Functional Analyst
Work Location:  Columbus, OH

 

*** It will also need to have Process Manufacturing â€" Techno Functional production support analyst skills.

Oracle EBS Manufacturing/Planning  Functional Analyst role.  Position is based in Columbus, Ohio
The following is expected  from this role:
• Strong  Functional understanding and working knowledge of Oralce EBS R12 Process and Discrete Manufacturing process.  
• - Process Manufacturing incudes OPM Product Development, Process Execution, Process Engineer, Process Costing and Subledger Accounting modules
• - Discrete Manufacturing includes Inventory, BOM, Cost Management and WIP. Mobile Supply Chain Planning and Inventory, Warehouse Management 
• Additional experience around R12 Procurement and Financial process areas will be a plus
• Good experience and knowledge of Technical components supporting Oracle R12 EBS will be a must to support resolution of production issues 
• Proficient with the Oracle EBS Open Interfaces and standard APIs to create or import transactions into the system
• Sufficient level of SQL and PL/SQL knowledge  in order to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in the EBS R12 Manufacturing applications
• Understanding of EBS Oracle Workflow tool to troubleshoot workflow issues as used within Manufacturing  modules
• Working knowledge of the database models of the EBS Manufacturing modules
• Working knowledge in R12.2.4 environment will be an advantage
• Provide Break-fix  support in a live production environment including functional and technical support to the business users, trouble shooting and implementing config changes when required. 
• Provide  Minor enhancements delivery including; Business requirements gathering, estimation, functional spec creation and cooordinating implementation into the produciton environment.
• Medium level understanding of SQL in order to troubleshoot issues or specify data elements from Oracle EBS R12
• Use Service mangement tools such as ServiceNow, ITSM to manage break-fix ticket flow. Prior experience in these tools  will be an advantage
• Use   ITIL processes including Incident, Problem and Change Management . ITIL certification is a plus
• Work  in an onshore-offshore delivery model . Provide functional leadership for the offshore team
• Be a Team player,communicate effectively and efficiently with both end users and technical staff to bring break-fix issues to resolution and enhancements to new functionality implemented
• Experience  with the AIM methodology to document deliverables
• Reliable, can work with little supervision, aware of time constraints to deliver outcomes with high quality, escalate risk situations appropriately

Experience working with Oracle Support in identifying resolutions to Product service request   
Functional support for Break-fix and Enhancements Functional Expertise in Oracle EBS R12 process and discrete manufacturing  process area
Technical understanding of EBS R12 components for manufacturing
Should be able to work with minimal supervision
